Abiola Bamidele
Abiola Bamidele (Abi) is an Australian registered migration agent (MARN #2318315), a New Zealand licensed migration adviser (License #202400340) and the Director of Emmadore Migration and Education Consultancy. Having dedicated approximately 2,000 hours to researching the Australian Migration System, Abiola independently applied for migration to Australia with his family in 2015. Driven by a deep passion for the Australian Migration System, Abiola pursued further education, successfully completing a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law & Practice with Distinction.
Abiola possesses qualifications as a Town Planner, Facility Manager, Vocational Trainer, Assessor, and Facilitator. He holds a five-year Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a two-year Master’s degree in Public Administration, achieving Distinction grades in both. With a wealth of additional qualifications and diverse work experiences, Abiola has seamlessly integrated into the Australian culture and lifestyle over the past few years. This assimilation positions him perfectly to provide expert advice on migration, education, and career matters.
Abiola understands the stress and challenges involved in relocating from one country to another, having personally undergone the Australian migration process to attain citizenship. His firsthand experience uniquely qualifies him to support you in navigating Australian and New Zealand migration and visa procedures, as well as providing valuable education and career advice.
Section 280 of the Australian Migration Act 1958 (Cth) explicitly prohibits individuals who are not registered migration agents from providing immigration assistance. The same applies to the New Zealand’s Immigration Advisers Licensing Act (2007) which requires people who give New Zealand migration advice to be licensed, unless they are exempt from licensing.
Abiola, however, is registered with the Australian Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and the New Zealand Immigration Adviser Authority (IAA). He has diligently met all professional standards concerning knowledge, character, and qualification, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
